Hi! I’m Lucy, and I am honored to continue the work my sister, Maddy, started with the Helper Locker. She founded this project with a simple but powerful goal—to make sure no student goes without basic necessities like hygiene products, shampoo, or toothpaste. What began as her idea to help one classmate has grown into something that continues to support so many.
Helping others runs in our family. Our grandparents, parents, and even our extended relatives have all dedicated themselves to education, community programs, and giving back in meaningful ways. Maddy saw a need in our school and took action, and I’m proud to carry on that mission.
As I take the lead on the Helper Locker, my goal is to expand its reach and ensure that every student who needs support can access it—discreetly, easily, and without stigma. I’m excited to keep this project going and to find new ways to grow its impact.
